Client account and platform data. We access this data only through each platform's official, approved interfaces (APIs), and only to deliver the services you have asked us to provide, such as content scheduling, advertising and performance reporting. This may include profile information, audience and engagement metrics, content performance data, and aggregated statistics. We do not collect login passwords; access is granted through each platform's secure authorisation process.

Platform data (Meta, TikTok and others)

Where we access data through third-party platforms such as Meta (Instagram and Facebook) and TikTok, we do so under each platform's developer terms and policies. Data obtained through these platforms is used only for the authorised reporting and management purposes described above, is accessible only to the authorised account holder and our agency, is not sold or shared for unrelated purposes, and is retained only for as long as needed to provide the service.
